What ParKings collects
- Ticket details and any optional photo you provide so ParKings can prepare your draft.
- Your name, email address, and mobile number to deliver your file kit, enforce the free-first and referral limits, and manage an optional launch-credit reservation.
- Your five intake answers. They help operate the service and do not appear in the finished letter.
- An optional customer-reported final decision and broad situation category for the public results tracker.
- Coarse first-party funnel events such as intake started or submitted. These events do not contain ticket text, contact details, case IDs, device IDs, or network identifiers.
How it is used
- To create and securely retrieve your screening-letter file kit.
- To administer free letters, Crown share credits, and the First 1,000 launch offer, including a one-time contact verification.
- To improve completion flow using aggregate statistics.
- To publish customer-reported result ranges only after minimum sample thresholds are met. Public results contain no personal or ticket-level information.
ParKings does not log into city portals, scrape city accounts, file a request for you, or sell your ticket facts. A city receives information only when you choose to file it yourself.
Email choices and retention
Messages needed to deliver a file kit, verify a launch-credit hold, confirm a launch reservation, or deliver a credit are service messages. Promotional email is optional, separate, and off by default. A launch verification code is single-use, and an unverified hold expires without consuming one of the 1,000 positions.
Uploaded ticket photos are subject to the service’s deletion window. Case records are retained only as needed to deliver the file kit, enforce credits, protect the service, and maintain aggregate reporting. You can use the mailing address below for a privacy request.
