Let PK read the fine print.

A photo helps, but every field below can be typed. Share only what you need for your draft.

One sharp, glare-free photo is plenty.

The PK method

Good letters need good facts.

Receipts, a wrong plate or time, and useful sign photos beat a dramatic story. PK drafts. You file.

01

Snap it flat

Get the whole ticket in frame, glare-free. Make the notice, plate, date, time, location, code and comments readable.

02

Answer like a human

Five quick questions give your facts a little shape. They do not appear in the finished letter.

03

File it yourself

Review the draft, use the city's own process, and keep your copy. ParKings never logs in for you.

Crown share

Help a friend lose the parking spiral.

When a referred friend completes an eligible intake, you earn +1 extra-letter credit. Maximum three credits. No cash, no discount codes.

Punch member perk — email in a ticket

Monthly Punch members will forward a ticket photo or PDF from their membership email. We match From: to the account. We OCR the face of the notice. We email the letter and the file kit back. You file. No City login.

If the email has no reason, we do not invent grounds. No “didn’t see the sign.” No hardship. No quota. Smart defaults from the ticket only:

  • fee-not-paid plus a receipt-like ID in the comments → 910-4.A(1) vs A(2)
  • location too short or just NR → vague location
  • else: a screening request that quotes the OCR’d face of the notice only
